DesignTo99 is ideal for Year 10–12 students who are capable but inconsistent, overwhelmed, or not seeing results that reflect their effort. It's particularly effective for students in Year 11 and 12 who are serious about their HSC results and want a structured system rather than more tutoring.

Yes! Every session is conducted personally by Jess. This is not a group program and students will never be handed to another coach or tutor. Every session, every action plan and every resource is tailored specifically to each student by Jess directly.

Students can start at any point during Years 10–12. The sooner the better - the earlier a student has the right system in place, the more benefit they get long-term. Book a free strategy call and Jess will confirm a start date that works for your schedule.

Yes. The program’s examples and templates are tailored to student’s specific subjects, no matter what they are.

Parents are included for visibility throughout the whole program. The initial strategy call, and final review call is conducted with student and parent(s). Additionally, parents are CC’d into weekly lesson summaries so you know exactly what your child is working on and how to support them further.

At the end of the program Jess runs a final 30-minute review call with the student and parent(s) to reflect on progress and map the next steps. Ongoing support is available if requested.
